For Oral Use: Please be aware that wild oregano has a strong peppery spice. That is why we like to recommend our +Peppermint blend. Use sparingly. A little goes a long way.

Our general guideline is 2 single drops (not 2 droppers full) taken in a small amount of water. Gargling is helpful for use in the mouth and throat. You may prefer to take after a meal.

We usually do not suggest ingesting more than 3 times per day. Not intended for daily use over two weeks. Not intended for oral use in infants & small children.

For Topical Use: Rub gently on affected areas, allowing the oil to naturally absorb into the skin.

Wash hands thoroughly. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children.

Because of its potent antimicrobial properties, oil of oregano is very long-lasting. We have placed a use-by date of 3 years (from the date of bottling) on the bottom of each bottle.

Store upright, as the strong essential oils will eventually degrade the rubber dropper cap.

Store away from direct sunlight, and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures.
