Highly potent. Use sparingly.
For Topical Use: Rub gently on affected areas. Keep out of eyes and sensitive parts. Wash hands thoroughly.
For Oral Use: Take 2 single drops under the tongue or in a small amount of water. Safe to ingest & ready-to-use directly from the bottle.
Caution: Wild Oregano has a very strong spice. We highly recommended our +Peppermint blend for oral use.
